AewoFrame is provided by AewoFrame Team. By downloading, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility
Who may use AewoFrame
- You must be at least 17 years old.
- You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service
What AewoFrame provides
- Import images from your Photos library via the system photo picker and manage them as SVG files in My Files.
- Preview SVG content, view source, inspect color palettes, edit elements, and optimize markup.
- Convert files to PNG, JPEG, or PDF and store results in Con Files.
- Optionally save converted PNG/JPEG images to your Photos library.
- Purchase consumable coins through Apple In-App Purchase to unlock conversion usage.
Core file viewing and editing tools may be used without purchasing coins. Conversion consumes coins.

Account & Local Sign-In
How access works in the App
- AewoFrame uses a simple local sign-in state on your device. It does not require a password or social login.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs while the App is signed in on your device.
- You may log out or clear app data at any time from the side menu. Clearing data permanently deletes local files, Con Files, and coin balance on that device.

License
Your right to use the App
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use AewoFrame on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by applicable law.
- All rights not expressly granted remain with AewoFrame Team.

Acceptable Use
Your responsibilities
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
- Do not upload or process content that infringes others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or circumvent the App, StoreKit billing, or device security.
- Do not remove proprietary notices or misuse AewoFrame branding.

User Content
Your files stay yours
- You retain ownership of images, SVG markup, and exports you create or import.
- You are responsible for having the rights needed to import and convert any content.
- By default, files are stored locally in the App sandbox on your device.
- Optional Photos export only happens when you choose “Also save images to Photos.”

Coins & In-App Purchases
Virtual currency for conversions
- New installations may receive a one-time welcome grant of 60 coins.
- Each selected export format costs 20 coins (PNG, JPEG, and/or PDF). Multi-format conversion multiplies the cost.
- Coins are consumable virtual items with no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing shown in the App may vary by region and Apple’s StoreKit display price.
- Except where required by law or Apple’s refund policies, coin purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Intellectual Property
Ownership of AewoFrame
- The App’s design, features, code, and branding are owned by AewoFrame Team and protected by intellectual property laws.
- These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, product name, or visual identity.

Third-Party Services
Platform dependencies
- Purchases rely on Apple StoreKit / App Store billing.
- Photo picking and saving use Apple Photos frameworks and system UI.
- Your use of those platform services is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Disclaimers
Provided “as is”
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfect conversion results for every SVG or image.
- You are responsible for backing up important files outside the App if needed.

Limitation of Liability
Extent of our responsibility
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AewoFrame Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Termination
Ending access
- You may stop using the App at any time and may clear local data from within the App.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
- Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes
Updates to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Material changes will be posted in the App or communicated by other reasonable means.
- Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
